Zion Projects Community is a private group designed to connect followers of Jesus and provide a forum for discussion, mutual support and building relationships across the Borough of Eastleigh – and beyond.

New members are added based upon referrals and introductions from existing members.  

Zion Projects sometimes seeks to address contentious issues. Privacy is designed to create a safe space for discussion on many topics, which may be open to misinterpretation or misrepresentation in a more public forum. Messages posted here are therefore for the Zion Projects Community only.

In each WhatsApp group the mobile numbers of all members can be seen by all other members – so please respect others and do not pass on their details outside the group, without first asking that person’s permission.

Likewise, in order to facilitate open discussion, there is a reasonable expectation of privacy within the group itself, so please do not share content more widely without permission.

This is also true of our video content which is password protected likewise and for the same reasons.

Respect

As we are all seeking to be closer followers of Jesus, we should aim to bear the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) - so it is expected that discussions will be conducted in a self-controlled manner with kindness and gentleness.  

Robust debate is welcome - personal attacks are not; criticism of public figures or various groups in society is part of free speech - incitement of harassment, or violence, or even verbal abuse, is ungodly and is not acceptable in our groups, as we wish to honour our Lord Jesus in our conduct.

Therefore, those who seriously or persistently abuse others will be removed by our group admins.

Please remember that our battle is spiritual - and not against people (Ephesians 6:12).
